Sports Massage
This form of massage involves the manipulation, management and rehabilitation of soft tissues in the body eg. muscles, tendons and ligaments, which can benefit people engaged in regular physical activity. It can help with correcting problems and imbalances that are caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity. However it is not, as its name suggests, exclusive to athletes. All physically active people can benefit.
The use of sports massage before and after exercise, may improve performance, aid recovery and may prevent potential injuries occurring by improving flexibility and joint mobility.
Holistic Massage
Massage has been practised throughout the centuries and by the early civilisations as a healing therapy. Nowadays, massage is recognised as being beneficial in the treatment of many medical conditions. It aids relaxation and reduces stress. And since stress is known to be the main predisposing factor in many conditions, massage is an extremely good preventative therapy.
Holistic massage not only treats the physical body but also focuses on the emotional and spiritual well-being of the person. A treatment will focus on the needs of the individual. Therefore, some people may require a massage for stress release and sheer indulgence, while others may want a specific problem addressed. Whatever yours needs, this wonderful head-to-toe massage is the perfect choice.

Pure bliss! This therapeutic massage harnesses the healing properties of essential oils, which may help to ease both physical and emotional ailments. There are two ways in which the individual can benefit from essential oils, which are by absorption through the skin and inhalation. They have a physical effect by inducing chemical changes in the body systems and a psychological effect when inhaled. Therefore they may help to alleviate conditions such as stress, depression, anxiety, tiredness, PMT, insomnia, indigestion and muscular aches and pains.
Following a consultation, the oils most beneficial for your needs will be blended and administered through a soothing and deeply relaxing massage. This treatment will leave you feeling completely relaxed and restored.
