PERSONAL PROFILE

Steven is the eldest son of the respected Osteopath and Doctor of Natural Hygiene, George J Hall, who practiced in Norwich into his eighties.

After some time in the Forces, travelling and working with ‘Band Aid’ in Africa, he returned to qualify with a diploma in Reflexology at Norwich City College in 1995, and further diplomas in Thai Foot Massage and Korean Reflexology in 2008.

He also holds qualifications in Reiki, Remedial Massage and Thai Yoga Massage.

Steven brings to his practice broad philosophical principles based on his own understanding, rather than following any specific doctrines.

TREATMENT

Reflexology is a form of foot massage, capable of inducing a profound state of relaxation. There is an ‘opening up’ of the tissues and of the mind, revealing fertile ground for the healing of physical and emotional disorders.

You will see, if you dwell on it, that every aspect of our lives is enhanced by true relaxation. We often don’t realize just how much stress and tension we are under until we let it go.

Once the body lets go of it’s habitual contractions, the blood starts to circulate with greater ease, toxins are cleared more effectively, energy is revitalized, and there is a return toward balance on all levels.

The mind too, becomes more productive, more creative, more at ease and more in touch with insight and love.

So, physical manipulation of the feet not only feels wonderful, but also creates the space within which healing energy can flow. The peace it brings can reconnect us with the exquisite beauty and mystery of life.
